These terms apply to the Clipzer landing page and waitlist at clipzer.app, operated by Nishit Dave. By using this website, you agree to these terms. Clipzer is currently under development; the planned software product has not launched.

The waitlist and planned features

Joining the waitlist lets you receive relevant Clipzer launch and product updates. It does not guarantee access, priority, a release date, or particular pricing. Planned features, workflows and release timing may change, and the product may not be released as described.

Website content is provided for informational purposes. Workflow illustrations explain plans and are not screenshots, demonstrations, or proof of currently available functionality.

Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully. Submit only an email address you control or have permission to use. Do not submit spam, interfere with the website or waitlist, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated requests to disrupt the service.

Intellectual property

Clipzer's original website content, branding and design belong to Nishit Dave or their respective rights holders. You may view and share links to the website. These terms do not grant a license to reuse Clipzer branding or original content beyond what applicable law permits. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; mentioning social platforms does not imply a partnership.

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is made that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that development plans will be completed.
