About this policy
This policy covers the current Clipzer landing page and waitlist at clipzer.app, operated by Nishit Dave. Clipzer is in development. Started . This website does not currently accept video uploads or provide the planned video editing product.
Information collected
When you join the waitlist, you provide your email address. If you contact Nishit by email, your message and the contact information you provide are used to respond to you.
How your email is used
Your email is used to manage the waitlist and send relevant Clipzer launch and product updates. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the future product.
Services used by this website
Waitlist submissions are sent through Google Apps Script and stored in a Google Sheet controlled by the founder. Google processes the information through these services. This website also loads fonts from Google Fonts; your browser connects to Google to request those fonts.
The website host and these infrastructure providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver their services. Google's handling of information is described in its Privacy Policy. This site's current code does not include analytics or advertising trackers.
Retention and deletion
Waitlist information is kept for as long as it is needed to manage the waitlist and communicate relevant launch and product updates. It should be removed when it is no longer needed for those purposes, or when you request deletion, subject to any applicable legal retention requirements.
To leave the waitlist, stop receiving updates, or request deletion of your waitlist information, email nishit@clipzer.app from the address you used to sign up. If that isn't possible, contact Nishit for help identifying your entry.
Changes and contact
This policy may be updated as the website changes. The date above identifies the latest revision. Any future product that handles uploaded videos will need information about that data handling before it becomes available.
